Planeta publishing group charged us with the design of the book of the gastronomic critic Pepe Barrena, that complies 100 dishes that have defined contemporary Spanish gastronomy. The book includes recipes from famous cooks such as Subijana, Arzak, Arola and Ferrán Adrià amongst others. Each recipe comes with an explanation of how the dish influenced Spanish gastronomy in its contemporary form.
Photographs of the dishes sent by the restaurants were portrayed in one page. The layout of the text is flexible depending on the content in order to avoid any monotony in page composition.
