Branding, art direction, photography and website for the Bissap Lab project of the cultural management company Transit Projectes and the cultural consultancy Bissap. This new cultural consultancy project arose from the union of the two projects of Jaume Colorer and Angel Mestres.
The challenge in creating the identity was to continue using the Skia typeface that Bissap uses in its logo. A typeface designed by Apple in the early 90s to be used as running text, which in addition to not having aged very well and giving it a retro feel, was designed for running text and its kerning did not look very good in a logo.
Under this premise we cleaned up the brand and tried to update it as much as we could, always bearing in mind that the main application of the brand would be for the website.
We did several portrait sessions of the team for the website and several graphic applications for their offices.
