Stendhal Books asked us to reinvent its “Hilos” poetry collection. Our goal: to produce a series of books that would remain highly identifiable, that would form a collection while allowing digital reproduction for short print runs and reprints. The book also had to meet a limited retail price, while maintaining a high standard in terms of design and quality.
After months of analyzing technical options, finishes and materials, we produced a piece in which the cover design and the chosen papers are the cornerstones of the collection.
