Romain Fornell is one of the main representatives of the new French cuisine and a revolutionary in “Bistrot” cuisine since he was crowned with his first Michelin star at the age of 22.

The publishing house  Planeta Gastro gave us the opportunity to make Chef (France at the table) in which Romain reflects on the importance of gastronomy in his country and his career since he landed years ago in Barcelona, at a time when traditional Mediterranean cuisine collided with a more ground-breaking and hooligan side.

This was the approach we wanted to give to the book: serious and classic but modern at the same time. We worked hand in hand with the photographer, the writer, the publisher and the chef during the whole creative process, so that the whole content reflected this idea. The result is a beautiful book full of humor, unmissable anecdotes and delicious recipes accessible to everyone.
