The publishing house Planeta Gatro commissioned us to design the graphic design for the book Revolution by the renowned food critic Pepe Barrena, which compiles 100 dishes that have defined contemporary Spanish gastronomy.
The book includes recipes by famous chefs such as Subijana, Arzak, Arola and Ferrán Adrià, among others. Each recipe comes with an explanation of how the dish influenced today’s Spanish gastronomy.
