Design of the book Los cocineros del vino (The wine cooks) for Planeta Gastro. A book to discover who is behind the best and most appreciated Spanish wines, in which the visual aspect and a classic-modern idea that characterizes the world of wine had to dominate.
Who creates the Spanish wines that have risen to the top of the wine guides, what ranges do they make, how do they ensure that the grapes make their way from the vineyard to the glass, reflecting the particularities of their vineyards?
Vineyards among mountain ranges, estuaries, pazos, farmhouses, salt marshes and pine forests. Cellars, castle caves, wine cellars that are “cathedrals” and “wine cemeteries”.
