Graphic design and 360º production of the We are Barcelona project, for Fira de Barcelona, as a gift for the Smart City Expo 2016 VIPs.
Based on the congress claim “Cities for Citizens”, the We are Barcelona book brings together the portraits and stories of 50 people who live in the city.
All the portraits are taken by photographer Martí Andinach using an old photographic technique called “wet collodion”, which involved a complex production for which we had to manage a large number of portraits with unknown people, and in which we could only take a limited number of images in natural light.
Due to the particularities of this photographic technique, each image has a different colour toning, something that we decided to respect in the book in order to maintain the originality of the process.
