Después de pasar por El Bulli, Paco Méndez se ha ganado por méritos propios ser considerado uno de los mejores cocineros del mundo. Desde su restaurante COME en Barcelona, que poco después de abrir ya contaba con una estrella Michelin, lleva las raíces de su México natal a la cocina creativa.

After his time at El Bulli, Paco Méndez has earned his own merits as one of the best chefs in the world. From his restaurant COME in Barcelona, which shortly after opening already had a Michelin star, he brings the roots of his native Mexico to creative cuisine.

In Mexico (de ida y vuelta) he revisits the gastronomic culture and traditional Mexican recipes with the character that only he is capable of transmitting.

We did all the creative direction, design, graphics and illustrations for the project.
